I recently bought Pablo Casal's cello suites.

I did an EAC detect gaps. Some tracks (#6) have 7 seconds of silence at the end.

Do you think I ought leave out those gaps, or do you guys normally keep those gaps since that is how the artist may have wanted it?

If they don't leave them be.

It is your music man. Do what you like. Nobody is that hard up for HD space.

Personally, I delete the songs and just listen to the gaps. Especially if the artist thinks the gaps are so important.
