I'm having a tough time deciding because I've never heard any of these. I need your time.
Should I buy the Klipsch x10,Klipsch x5 or the Vsonic gr07?

I'd like something balanced but not too weak in the bass. I listen to all genres and I'm not a basshead but I don't want to have to eq anything.

The GR07 is a solid pick.
The Yamaha EPH-100 is a very good IEM although it's warmer, the bass is boosted but still controlled.
You could also read about the Rockit R50 (probably more balanced)

If you are limited for some reason only to those 3 options I'd go for GR07 (haven't heard X5 tho, just X10 and GR07).
GR07 were kinda rocking for their price, not much worse than my Sennheiser IE80 for example at literally half the price, I was pretty amazed how good they were overall, especially for the price (comfort, over the ear cable, sound, accessories...)
