I gifted a friend SR80 about 18 months ago. She used it only a few times (under 6 times , she recalled.) The plug is the problem, only one side has sound; she pinches and holds the plug, both side have sound. She is a very careful person, everything lasts forever; I don't doubt this SR80 is a faulted one, not her fault, but too late for warranty. The cable is larger size, can't find one fit at RadioShack. Where to get a good plug ? And, she also wants to shorten the cable. Advice, please.
