Anyone out there have any SHM-CDs?

I'm interested in buying these but I want to know
if the audio files are any different compared to
files from a regular CD.

Yes of course they will be different. They are different pressings and remastered usually for the better.

If they are not remastered (which most of them aren't, IMO), then the files will be the same as the CD. The whole idea of a SHM CD is the material used to make the CD.

As far as I've read, mixed results with more "meh" than "yeah!"
