I have a couple of potential deals going through but having a tough time figuring out a cost-effective service that ships from the US to the UK. FedEx and DHL are quoting between 2-300USD for example. The USPS website errors out for me so I cant get a quote off that.

I am happy to wait a week or two for things to arrive, so is there a service which comes recommended that doesn't cost the earth for headphone postage to the UK?

Don't know how many headphones you are shipping but USPS should be cheaper. Maybe USPS needs a US IP to log in....see if you can get there via a VPN.
