Glad the situation is resolved.
I recently mailed a pool cue's shaft back to the manufacturer... and the box got there, but it had been cut open, the contents removed, taped up, and shipped on. I had insured the package, but they needed a bunch of paperwork from both ends filled out. I lost the receipt a bit after I figured what needed to be done, and am now SOL.
I don't think I'll ship USPS again, if I have a choice at all.
