Basically I'm deciding between these two. I know the Shiit's sound better, but are they good enough to sacrifice portability? 
 
I have K550's. A900X's, and M50's that I would like to drive as well on my iPod, but if the Shiit stack sounds substantially better than the E17 then I'll get over it. 
 
Or maybe the Shiit stack isn't even enough to drive the SA5000's? Idk, that's why I'm here haha. Thanks in advance guys
 
I also plan to get HE400's in a couple months if that matters at all. Additionally, space is extremely limited on my desk, but if it's absolutely worth it then I guess I can move my printer to the floor or something. I say that in case I would need a bigger/better amp/DAC for the SA5000's

I would go for the Schiit Magni/Modi combo and yes if you read the specs of the magni they can easily drive your 70ohm headphones.
