Hi there,
I picked up a beater budget amp for my kitchen listening.
The right channel seems to have gone out.
This seems to affect both the headphone jack and the speaker-out in the back.
Somebody had mentioned to me that this might be because I hooked up 3 speakers to the right side and overloaded it?
oops?
It never occured to me about how much draw I was putting on the system would be an issue.
I just sorta assumed that if speakers needed more juice, you'd just need to get a bigger/better amp
(so fail on my end)
So now I have a suspicion that one of the fuses in the back have blown out?
The back of the unit has the speaker fuses labled 3.5 A, 250V.
I can't seem to find the manual online,
Does it require something specific?
Even though it's not proper audiophile gear,
I'm sure you guys have a bit of guidance.
thanks!
