Just wondering if Shellbrook Audio labs is still in business. I sent a broken Ascent Signature amp in for repair about 6 weeks ago and I can't get any response from Drew at Shellbrook. I don't even know if he received it! A little communication goes a long way...

If anybody knows what's going on, let me know.

Damn that sucks, if I lived in Boise I would go banging at his door for you. Hope you get it back soon.

I don't know if hes still in business, but even if he is, I'd bet money that you'll never see your amp again.

Time to look someone with some good customer service... headroom makes some nice amps, and of course they come with the legendary CS.

I talked with Drew 6 months ago, or so - he seemed like he was still "solderin'."
