Wow, that recorder looks nice... I like the fact that Sharp is reverting back to the "classic" understated look. I love simplicity.

8mW+8mW @ 32 ohms... Not bad at all, all things considered. It looks like they've finally come up with an "upgraded MT831": up to 72 hours of battery life (!) in SP mode, bigger screen, MDLP... Ugly remote though, but oh well.

No NetMD? Who cares? If you want to listen to MP3's just get an iPod or something...

No Line out? Who cares? MD is meant to be as portable as possible. If you want to use an amp, just use your PCDP...

Damn, now even I'm tempted.
