The TPU case is great. I think you'll love it. I got the clear black. I think the color works well with the M9, while for other players, e.g. the SP2K, I prefer a clear case.No I decided to cancel, didn't want to take the risk! The seller to be fair were very helpful, to include when I cancelled - they immediately refunded without any quibble. I have the TPU case on the way, I'll see how that is and decide then if worth taking a punt on the Easecase.

Great, I'm looking forward to it. Arrived in Ireland yesterday so I should have by Monday. I finally took off the leather case, very annoying how it restricts the volume wheel! Such a beautiful device 'naked' but I'd be too nervous of damage.

Just popping in to say that I've had zero software issues with the M9 since receiving it. The latest firmware seems very stable. Tidal, Spotify and the Google Play Store all working flawlessly.
Still early days with less than 50 hours on the player but I really am liking the sound quality here. My beloved DX300 may be on the chopping block sooner rather later.
And for those on the fence about the TPU case, it's a must-buy IMO. Fully protects the player with a snug fit, makes it easier to handle and even has two raised lips so that if you place the player screen side down it's not in contact with the table surface.

I’m in a hotel and can’t get the hotel login page when connecting to WiFi. Any suggestions?

Once connected to the WiFi access point launch Chrome or any other web browser and try accessing amazon.com or whatever other website; it should bring you to the hotel portal where you can authenticate yourself
Tried that.. no luck..Once connected to the WiFi access point launch Chrome or any other web browser and try accessing amazon.com or whatever other website; it should bring you to the hotel portal where you can authenticate yourself
I have given up trying to connect my DAPs to Hotel networks. I just connect my pocket router to the hotel network and authenticate with it. Then, I just establish a wifi connection from my DAP to my router using a regular ID/Password combination that all DAPs support.Once connected to the WiFi access point launch Chrome or any other web browser and try accessing amazon.com or whatever other website; it should bring you to the hotel portal where you can authenticate yourself
This is the one I use. Works like a charm.

Can you try to connect to a non HTTPS site like http://www.weather.com in an incognito window?

What's the screen quality on this unit compared to the DX240, just as good?

I'm referring to colour accuracy and contrast. In general, picture quality. I ask because the quality on the iBasso is fantastic.
Sorry couldn't tell you. But i'm sure all the latest DAPs with LCD panel have similar contrast and color accuracy.I'm referring to colour accuracy and contrast. In general, picture quality. I ask because the quality on the iBasso is fantastic.
My screen is mostly off, and brightness is way down to conserve battery. Just about all I look at are album jackets and track titles, so not sure why contrast and accuracy is important. Pixel count i can see. It's not like i'm running a photoshop.
