He should answer it, and that should work.
Info@musicteck.com
Is what I have always used.
Always answers in a couple hours.

Maybe try again in case he accidentally deleted it. Sure he gets lots of junk mail.

Yeah, the color profile and viewing angles on the M8 are great. Just a touch of warmth like the sound. Having a sexy display is so important seeing as we don't have album jackets to gaze at. I space off at album art, and drain the battery unnecessarily, all the time. Looks like a well calibrated IPS screen.

Not to sound like a total shill or anything but that's another of the strengths of the M8-- it puts out such clean power that everything scales beautifully. Particularly with my CFA IEMs I need to watch it that I don't crank the volume too high without realizing it because it sounds so nice and is so deceptively mild & sweet despite how loud it is.
I'll second this, so far the M8 is an extraordinary DAP with the Elysium, Thummim (I believe the synergy here is must have), VE Meister, MEST OG, Solaris OG, HE560, even darker IEMs like the VE8.

Only unfortunate choice from VE is their 2,5mm termination...
Do you guys always change M8 ports in such cases for IEM rolling or just use an adapter?
I use an adapter, much easier, and saves the sockets from overuse.

You found out how to replace the battery? Interesting. How does that work? And what batteries are needed?
Replacement battery can be ordered through our international distributors.

Then exchanging it, easier than modern smartphone, but needs bit of experience and heatgun. Remove back plate, get rid of the old battery(on glue stripes to back panel), put new battery in and just click back panel back into its place.

Laidback sounding singing out from my Westone UmPro 50 and M8. Nice matching. ♥️

That battery replacement is possible is really good news! A little bit of extra work is expected with a portable device.

@Shanling For those of us not so adept with such things, we can send it back via your distributors for such exchange? Thanks

I imagine to increase the longevity of their device since batteries don't last a long time.
