I’m still running mine in. Sounded atrocious not long after initial use. Have about 35 hours on now. Coherence has returned, thankfully. Not that I should be expecting such but ‘smooth and warm,’ I don’t hear it.

Unpacked M6U. put a memory card in it with 5 thousand some songs on it and updated library. Plugged it in to power and cut it on and hit play. Its going to be good for several days.

Just listened to one song this morning and it sounds better than my M6 Pro 21.
Incedently, the M6U break in chain is playing for the Aroma Thunder w/ drjuggles cable.

As an example, if the speed test for the router is 200 Mbps typically then the M6U shows a download speed of 170 Mbps. I have Spectrum internet service.

I have AT&T Gigabit internet connection, and my WiFi on most devices in my house is great. I get around 410 Mbps Up and Down on my iPhone 13 MAX. It does have a lot to do with your router. I'm using a TP- Link router. Before my speeds were from 11Mbps to 15 Mbps on the stock AT&T router.

Tonally quite similar. M6 U is a little more emphasized in the mid bass and doesn’t quite have the smoothness in delivery of the SP3000 treble. It gives off a slightly more digital presentation. SP3000 technicals are superior, the background is the darkest I have heard. It has a bigger stage and better separation and imaging as well. It’s not an enormous difference, but the SP3000 is the superior DAP. The M6 U performs very well at its price point.
