[Shanling]

Thanks to our enthusiastic organizers, we are going to set up parallel U.S. & Canada Tours for the Shanling M2 DAP.

@nmatheis will be coordinating the U.S. side of the tour, and @hakushondaimao will be coordinating the Canadian side. The tours should be starting in the second half of October.
