I just threw together a pari of SFI ortho headphones and so far I am pretty happy with the sound. The bass is fantastic, it has great impact and depth. What I am missing is the HF sparkle.
From wading though the gigantic Ortho Round Up, I have gathered that I need some sort of dampening but I can't come up with a clear idea of what needs to be done. The only thing I can really come up with is a "reflex dot" but I don't fully understand what it is or does.
Any suggestions or recommendations for dampening schemes would be greatly appreciated.
