The official date of the meet will be May 2nd, 2015! It will go from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

Location will be Wikia Headquarters in San Francisco, California! Special thanks to our host for lending us the space, and they're even providing food! Someone should give them a medal!

Here's the address:
Wikia HQ
360 3rd street
Suite 750
San Francisco, CA 94107

Here are some photos of the venue that we'll be partying at:

And the mobile station for those who would like to bring portable gears:

The room in the back is available for when we have an overflow of gears. There will also be a room dedicated to speaker listening.

Parking Map: Here is a crude cut-out of Google Maps in order to highlight where the Cargo Door is, and also where you can find parking. Please look these locations up on Google Maps if you need directions!

Here's the GAME PLAN:
- Due to security reasons, our host may not be able to accommodate every attendee. So official time of entry for this meet will be 9AM to 11AM only. If you cannot make it within this time frame, please let me know immediately.
- If you are bringing a lot large gears, please let me know, so that I can make arrangements with our host to use the cargo area for loading/unloading stuffs. And if possible, please show up by 8AM.
- You will have to bring your own trolleys and carts for loading/unloading gears. I'll bring my own cart for everyone to use, but please bring a cart if you have one. I'd greatly appreciate it!

- Please bring extension cords and stuffs... as I don't think we'll have enough outlets.
- While you are there, please follow guides to get to the meet. There are other companies in the area, and wandering off is highly advised against due to security concerns, so please avoid doing so. I'll post a map of the area so you'll be able to find bathroom. In other words... there are monsters and Pandora boxes around. Don't open random doors! Stick to the main road, lest your soul be spirited away! Consider thyself warned!

- There is food there, and it's totally okay to eat and have a listen to my gears, but others may feel more strongly about that, so please avoid bringing food and drink into gears, unless you have asked for permission to do so.
- On that note, please be mindful of other people's gears, so it is recommended that you don't remove/unhook things before asking for permission, be mindful of hair gel and other products (so... please bear with yourself not looking so fly just for the day), and make sure to notify the owner if you see/hear something out of the ordinary.
- It is my personal request that if you are with a vendor and would like to do a promotional sale, or if you have a business proposal for anyone, please do so outside of the meet (or after). You're at a social event after all. Let's just have fun.

- On that note, sales of personal gears are cool, but please finalize the transaction after the meet. Why? Because I'm a selfish person, and I'd love to check most stuffs out. I'll post a list of gears for sale, so you'll know who to stalk when the meet is over.

- We start tearing down at 4PM, and our host needs everyone to clear out at 5PM, so please make arrangements to pack up earlier if you know it will take a while.
- If you have read it all up to here, then I owe you a beverage of your choice! Just remind me after meet.

Bring anything you'd like, guys.

It's a traditional meet this time, and I'm hoping it'll be a good social event for folks.

My car broke down last time, so I couldn't attend the last meet that I tried to organize (urg...!). This time, I've fortified my ride, so... if push comes to shove, you'll see me marathon my way out there. Haha.

It's all about meeting good friends, sharing in the hobby, and have a good time, guys! So... again, bring anything you'd like! (as long as it's not illegal

)

Also, thanks to the nice folks at Wikia, we'll be having our meet at their HQ. Please let me know what day would work best for you in your next post, and also please start posting lists of gears so that I can estimate how much space we'll occupy at their HQ!

As for me, it'll be the standard fares:

3 modded headphones:
Audeze LCD-2
Audio Technica ATH-ES10
Sony MDR-Z7

(I may bring the DT770 if anyone is curious how a non-bright DT770 sound like)

+ modded TTVJ and a DAC (undecided)

Amps/Dacs
  1. Geek Pulse + LPS4
  2. Emotiva DC1
  3. Little Dot MK VI
  4. O2 + ODAC

I might only bring the things that people are really interested in.

As for dates, weekends are best for me.  Probably at least the 18th on.
