How about communication before and after payment?

I also got the FX500 from Seyo-Shop and had no problems with their service or communication. They sent an invoice/order confirmation right after payment, and then the tracking number a few days later once the item actually shipped. Total time from order to delivery was just under a week, I ordered on a Sunday and received the item the following Saturday. Also, they mark the item as a gift, so you have a better chance of not having to pay any customs fee.
