Hey guys sorry in advance if im in the wrong fourm section. Just needed some help setting my xonar dg soundcards setting correctly. I listen to all EDM music so i like having alot of bass.I am using M audio Q40 headphones also. I have no idea what im doing really  in the software, i just slide **** around till it sounds "ok". So any one that can school me a bit or help me out that would be great. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I think that most of the people will tell you to set it up how you like it the most but i know that that is not what you want to hear.
 
I did set my xonar dg to this: 2 channels, PCM 44.1KHz, headphone (pro-gaming mode 32-64ohmz headset), 7.1 off, dolby off.
Smart volume off, gaming mode off and hi-fi mode on.
 
If you want to play around with the effects and find something that sounds good to you go ahead. I dont like it because I just feel that it distorts the sound.
 
I think it is all personal preference so have fun!
