This album is so much better than Mesmerize/Hypnotize. I like Serj's voice a lot better than Daron. Really a good album

i have too agree - Daron took creative control and we ended up with songs like "all-star hollywood baseball" . Why on earth did they release a double album when they needed to pad it out with that stuff?

I still treat the first two albums as the 'real' SOAD albums. or at least the albums which i think of when I think of SOAD. The S/T album was/is fantastic.

I hope the new album is a return to that earlier stuff.

Yea, I just picked this up today and I am enjoying it. I agree with everyone else about toxicity being one of the better albums. And yea, Serj's voice, in my opinion, is better than Darrens.

And a comment... does ANYONE think Daron is a better vocalist than Serj? I would really hope not. He's great for the weird little background oddities he pops in, and as Serj's backup harmonies, but man, he can't sing for spit!
