Sennheiser Xense PC350 - replacing the cuppings possible?

Hey guys just got a couple quick questions about this headset. I've owned it for about a year or so and the material around the cupping is starting to rip and was wondering if they were replaceable and if so do you recommend any websites? Thank you very much for you time.

1 more thing - the wiring with my mic cuts off and on and its due to the wiring at the input plug any suggestions?
