I've got the HD598's, and I'm enjoying but I'm craving for better headphones. I know these have a 3year warranty, and I heard Sennheier warranty services are very nice. Does that mean I can get a refund under the next 2 years?

No, it means if they break from manufacturing and labor defects, they will fix them for free.  It's not a guarantee that you'll like them.
