They can be gotten for about the same price on amazon now (around 40$),
so here are 2 big questions.

1) What is the difference between the 2?

2) Which sounds better overall?

The PX-100 has more bass than the 200, unless you can get a perfect seal, which is difficult because of the small pads. Also, the 100 doesn't leak as much sound as some say.

Actually, for me, I find the isolation to be good with the PX200, maybe not compare to IEMs, but still very good compared to the PX100. With the PX200, I can listen at 50% volume on my DAP while on the bus. With the PX100, the noise is much worse and I'd need my DAP at around 60~70% volume.

But given a nice environment, PX100s do sound better.

If the PMX200 sound the same as the PX200, than I would NOT get the 200's. It lacks bass and doesn't sound very full compared to my KSC-75's.

lol..

I own a pair of Ksc75's . Though it's midrange beats the px100's, in terms of bass, treble, and soundstage, the px100 beats Koss. (btw My ksc is kramer modded)

Anyways. I wasn't asking for recommendations

I know that the px100 and px200 are different in that one is open other is closed.

But do they have different drivers? Someone have their frequency response charts?

They do use very different drivers, and I prefer the PX100 to the PX200, but it all depends on your purpose.
