140 is 24.99 CAD
which would you choose?
i use it for gaming(70%), listening to music(15%), and watching dvds(15%)
I like how the 140 goes behind the ear so your hair won't get messed up after a session of gaming, but that's not a big deal. Sound performance is most important to me.
I also realize that the pc140 is 320ohm. Would a pc soundcard be enough to power that?

I had the PC150's for quite a long time. The mic is incredible on it, but it's quite uncomfortable after long sessions and the sound quality is fairly lacking. It's just a gaming headset that really isn't focused around much sound quality other then boomy lows and recessed mids.
