sennheiser momentum vs bose ae2

Do you have a local Frys, Best Buy store or similar local retailer where you can demo the Momentum?  My local Frys store has a display where you can plug the phones into your cell phone and actually listen to them "for real", with your music and not amplified by a demo-display board.

IMHO when trying to assess somethings overall value, bang for the buck...etc, its highly subjective, and in such case nothing beats a first hand listening experience.  Clearly $350 is nothing to sneeze at.

ahhggg i could get the hd650 for less than the m2. I dont know what to do!!

Check your messages, I just sent you a conversation between me and potterpastor. He owns both the HD650 & the Momentum M2. Go ahead and pick his brain. Keep in mind that with the HD650 you might need an amp. And since it's an open-back headphone people can hear what your listening to as well as you being able to hear outside noise if it's loud enough. You'd also lose portability that you would get with the M2. But it all depends on what you're looking for personally and what suits you the best.
