Hi all, I am thinking about buying some headphones. For now i'm listening on earphones which wear with the phone. I'm using them phones because the last broke. Please help me chosing the beyerdynamic dt 880 and sennheiser momentum. I'd be probabily listening to rock, a little bit of dubstep. Actually it'll be all round listening. Please help me chosing them

These are quite different headphones and you really need to listen and try them out.
 
The Momentum are closed on-ear headphones and great for out-and-about.  The DT880 are a larger semi-open design.

But have you heard them both so you can say which are actually better?

 
I would not offer such an opinion as to which is "better" - it's a matter of taste and personal choice - both are good, but they are different and you really should listen and decide for yourself.

Well i'd like them to have good bass and clear sound

Momentum has more bass
DT880 is more clear

I have both, I certainly prefer the Momentums - detailed, yet a great bass.I would recommend the Momentums more than the dt880. With the right amp though the 880 can shine and are close to the momentum and might even outshine them in the high frequencies. Overall though the momentum are in my mind the more fun headphone. They are also closed which helps in an office environment.

I am convinced you will enjoy the momentum more.
