The one in my town is not one of those listed for closure at the moment so it's probably not doing such great deals but i'll have to check.

Thought I'd mention this here rather than starting another thread......just picked up a set of new D2000's for £40 from HMV!!!!

Didn't start as good news though, on a whim I picked up a pair of ex-display HD25's for £40 from a different HMV store thinking they were the well regarded set. They weren't, they were the HD25 SP's......my bad (and they were pretty bad). So, took them back to my local store and requested an exchange and to see what they had.....guy vanished to the basement to see what they had kicking about, came back with the D2000's saying he had no idea they had them! He also had D1100 for £30 and some Bose for £30.

Point is, if your in the UK get your ass down to HMV and ask them to have a look in the basement!
