I was looking at some headphone response curves and I changed to the "Impedence to Decibel" curve. Here's what I found:

Now, since the HD 598 has a huge hill at 100 Hz, will that cause listening problems? Or is this impedance peak completely unnoticeable/this graph is incorrect?

It will change the frequency response of the headphone if your amp has a significant output impedance.

The headphone will sound as intended from an amp that has zero output impedance. If you drove them with an amp which has 120 Ohms output impedance, The 100 Hz (not dB) peak in that graph would make the 100 Hz frequency 6.4 dB louder than intended. The higher the amp's output impedance, the more effect that peak will have.

Okay, but I don't have an amp. Would I be able to comfortably and easily run music without an amp with the Sennheiser HD 598s?

The short answer is yes.

You may not have a dedicated amp, but whatever you are using to listen to them probably has an amp in it. If not, you are driving them with the DAC which has an output impedance as well, so what I said still applies. Whether they will be loud enough depends what you are driving them with, and the type of music you listen to.
