seems like an unusual choice of two things to compare given they have no similarities at all.

but for smooth jazz, id take the custom 3's of those two


why and how did you come to narrow down to those 2?

To give you an idea, I like my UE Super-Fi 5 Pro but it doesn't have enough deep bass to my taste. I'm looking for a high-sensitive earphone with clear highs and deep bass. Thanks.

I can't compare to the Custom 3, but IE8 are liquid smooth.
