sennheiser ie8, is it worth it?(please ignore the repetitive text as i hardly fix it trough my mobile phone)

is it worth it if i buy a sennheiser ie8 at price 534usd?i currently own a sennheisser cx-550 and i think the sound is good and i think that all iem are just about the same.like for example my cx 550 sounded just as same as the supplied headphone of my sony bluetooth reciever which price is cheaper than the cx550.(althought the cx 550 sounded more clarity but not so much different).the cx-550 compared to the supplied earphone in my mind is like ferrari(cx550) vs lotus(supplied earphone).i hope you know what i mean.i have read many review on the internet about the ie 8 and most of them tell their amazingly experience after hearing the ie8.i dont know how amazing is the experience is since i never hear a high end earphone before.(maybe after hearing it myself i would think the cx 550 is actually just like an old ford and the ie8 is the real ferrari.i know this is a weird comparison but this is the easiest way for me to let you know how i feel about the earphone)

I am a student and doestn have a big income just a monthly allowence of 204usd and i live in malaysia.the currency above i've convert it from malaysia ringgit to usd so you can differentiate how the price here compared to your place.

Even though I love the IE8, I'd have to say no. Maybe if you have friends in the states, you can have them order for you and then ship it to you and save over $250. You can get it for around $255 new.

I wasn't a huge fan of the IE8. 
 
You don't have to spend a lot of money to be happy with IEM's. For example the Klipsch S4's are awesome for the price. I'm a TF10 guy too, another great IEM are any of the Westones 1 thru 4
