Nozzle came off while working, I have no idea where it is.
It doesn't seem broken inside though.

Any ideas how to fix this?
Attach a nozzle from a cheaper IEM?

I contacted Sennheiser but since I bought them 4 years ago, they probably wont repair it, or send me a new nozzle. Lets hope though

Picture below is not mine.

Maybe try getting a DIY shell kit, will have extra spares then too! I think someone told me these might be slightly larger in some dimensions but the nozzles are probably the same?

Woaa that's awesome! And just 20$ as well

Ye, if the nozzle doesn't fit it's useless of course. But I see no reason why it shouldn't... I think I will try.
It would suck to have to throw away a pair of 300$ IEMs

Check the seller feedback and see if its cheaper from other, potentially more respected, sellers. Sorry didn't check and I'm on mobile, just linked the first one of search.

Good luck, hope you get them fixed!

Maybe just glue on the existing nozzle

Received the shell kit today....and the nozzle fits!! =D
The rest of the parts look identical to the real IE 80.

Replaceable cable, replaceable everything, as long as the driver doesn't break these can last forever.

I was also in contact with Sennheiser Canada. They said they don't sell the nozzle as a spare part.
But If i sent them in they could replace them but I had to pay 250CAD+taxes+shipping... so probably around 300.
Buying new ones would cost 380. So ye, its a 80 discount.
But you're basically paying 300 for a new nozzle.
So just buy the kit above!

I also got these extra tips, the hole is a bit smaller than the original ones, but they fit.

Wow, thank you so much for this. You just saved me hundreds of dollars. I had no idea these headphones were so easily repaired as long as the driver is intact. Makes me appreciate them that much more! Having a new shell is great in case I decide to resell as well!

Do you still have the spare nozzle?
