So what are these:

First I thought that they were some renamed CX300's, but it turns out that these cost twice as much

So has anyone tried 'em and do they differ from CX300's?

they are re-badged sharp md-33's, which seem to be popping up everywhere.
i had them as a warranty replacement for some futuresonic em3's, to me they sounded better than the ex71, but i havn't compared them to anything else in that catagory.
(i was pissed that sennheiser didnt give me another pair of futuresonics, but i was assured that the ie4s where better, to me, at that time of my life, they were not, i loved the boomy bass of the em3)
