Hi all.
 
Iwould like to know who/which company can afford the process to re-terminate  my HE-60 Baby Orpheus to Stax plug in Europe. I know Alex form A Pure Sound can do it but I dont want to ship so far.
I want reduce my audio system and sell the HEV70.

Why not get an adapter instead of reterminating. That way there is no risk to your headphones and you aren't physically modifying them in a way that might turn off certain future purchasers who may want the original should you decide to sell.

Thank you George. I've  decided to reterminate with Stax plug and sell the HEV70...
I do not plan to sell my HE60 in a next future because they are a fantastic headset and I'm very happy with them. Along with my SR-009 and my 4070 they form a perfect trio.
 
After reading many threads I have still a question which I' d like to resolve:
 
 Is absolutely necessary to put a 5 ohm resistor or there is risk of damage for the headphones if I don't put it?
