Its been a while since last time I came here.
I just saw the firmware update issue for sb here. Is that a rare case or everyone is having the same issue?

I also want to find the link for the firmware, but failed on the official sennheiser US website. Can one can give me the link?

Thanks

if you run the fw update for the first time, it displays your current FW version. The update only proceeds when you start the update, not when using the exe.

thanks 4 letting me know,I will try and get one from somewhere.

I contacted a British company months back which is in Sennheiser's Club Orpheus; they had all those stands for the amps and HD650/700/800. They told me there's no way I can acquire it unfortunately.

I don't know where you live, so I don't know which regional store would be relevant. I'm in the EU, so Custom Cable is one alternative there. As for the US I'm not too familiar with the sites that would stock it.

I just go to the Sennheiser.com website.  They have all their products there for sale.  I'm in the US and it should work for me.
