Sennheiser HD800 update leak?

I was browsing the HD800s on amazon Canada and when I went to the 3D preview I got this. Does not look like the HD800s, drivers are much bigger. I doubt a 3D model can be so out of spec as its based on technical drawings. I wonder if this is a leak of the next gen HD800S2 or HD900 whatever its going to be called.

It looks a lot like the Drop HD8XX. The honeycomb grill, matte black finish, the lettering on the side is the same, but in silver instead of blackout like the HD8XX. I think that's the picture of it, they look identical except the lettering on the side being silver.

As I mentioned the driver looks bigger.

This looks like a generic render to me, albeit a pretty good one. But it doesn’t look like it’s anything official from Sennheiser.

Interesting. But one obvious giveaway that this is not an authentic Sennheiser render is that the Sennheiser logo is wrong on the inside of the earcup.

Nobody wants to see a HD 900 more than me, but unfortunately, I’m pretty sure this isn’t it.

Its very possible that someone messed up the render and thats why the driver is wrong size.... time will tell.

the driver is too loud it will distort the sound. they don't do that. i think this is just a bad 3d rendering
