Sennheiser HD700 headband replacement tips?

Anyone out there replace a headband for a Sennheiser HD700 that has any tips or how to instructions? I contacted Sennheiser but they want $295.95 to replace the headband and they aren't able to provide me any instructions. I appreciate any help out there.
