Hi all!
 
I'm planning on getting a pair of Sennheiser HD650 to run on my computer.
I have had a pair of HD555 for several years and lately been thinking that now is the time to upgrade.
 
Today i'm running my headphones directly via the motherboard, (shame on me)
For the HD650 i'm going to improve the side-equipment aswell and need some advice from you guys.

I will use the headphones mostly for music aswell as some gameing.
I want to keep the price somewhere around 300$ give or take (Headphones not inc). This is my entrence to the world of "better hifi" so whould be nice if you could also add a small sentence why you recommend that product.

Setup #2 is a great place to start.  It may sound a bit too neutral for you after a while and not really bring the fun out of the HD-650 like the WA6 can.  Rest assured Setup #2 is going to be great, but sometimes an amp with an output tube can make the HD-650 more fun and laid back.
