well these headphones are prolly 3 or so months old and im finding that my left headphone has more treble and seems a little bit louder then my right one, is that common?

is there anyway to fix this or should i send them in under warranty?

If you can repeat this behavior on more than one amp then it is time to send them in under warranty.

To be absolutely sure it is the headphones and not you, I suggest putting them on reversed and see if the imbalance is then on the right.

yeah flipped its even more distinctive on the other side.

Are you sure it's the headphone and not your source? If you have a source that lets you adjust the balance, you could compensate that way. As an anecdote, I've noticed a lot of recordings do have a slight left channel dominance.
