haven't checked zip zoom fly, but QVUSA clearly states in the description that they're refurbished. Another place had a deal for $75 including shipping for a brand new pair, there is a thread somewhere on here with a coupon

yeap, saw that thread, althoug the importer i'm gonna pay to import the headphone won't buy from eletronics-expo.com :/
