Could some please explain the difference between the Sennheiser HD25-1 and HD25-1 II?

They're identical in sound. The HD25-1 II comes with verlour pads in addition to the faux leather ones. The latest version also comes with a pouch, and the 1/8" to 1/4" adaptor is screwed in, instead of plain.
