Sennheiser HD 800S and Bryston BHA-1 - Good synergy??

I recently demoed the HD 800S on the BHA-1 using a Cypher Labs AlgoRhythm Solo -DB DAC and my iPhone 6 as the source. Listening to Can't Stand the Weather by Stevie Ray Vaughan, I was really satisfied. One of the best setups I've heard for Stevie Ray. I usually listen to Tin Pan Alley and Texas Flood since the former is an incredibly spacious and ambient song, while Texas Flood is a great rush of energy and dynamic sound. I thought Texas Flood sounded fantastic, with the drums pounding with great intensity yet incredible clarity and the guitar roaring across the soundstage with clear separation. For a quiet, ambient song like Tin Pan Alley, the soundstage was just fantastic. But the intimacy of his vocals was wayyyy better on the Audeze LCD3. Regardless, I think they would be a fantastic pairing. I hated the HD800 because of the sibilance spike, but the HD800S has pretty much fixed it and become one of my favorite headphones.
