Hi guys. I am new to the DIY Headphone stuff. I have made diy aux cables and such, so I am familiar with the process, but this cable seems to have some odd connectors. I believe it is a 2.5mm locking connector that plugs into the headphones themselves, and a standard 3.5mm audio plug on the other end. They also seem to be 4 conductor cables, instead of 3 as the headphones have built in mic's for the active noise cancelation. I have looked around online for 2.5mm locking 4 conductor plugs, but I have had no luck in finding any. any pointers you guys may have in where to look? Also is there a wiring diagram for these cables? I mean I can just use a multimeter and figure it out, but a diagram would be pretty helpful.
It would also be helpful if anyone could give any pointers on what type of wire, and what kind of sleeve for the wire should I use? I guess just any pointers in general.
Anyways. Thanks guys.
