Which is the better studio headphone when it comes to sound quality, Sennheiser 280 or Sony MDR-7506?

The Sony MDR-7506 is more of a (tiny bit slightly brighter sounding) studio monitor.
Do you have budget?
Any other options beside the HD280 or MDR-7506?
How about the Takstar brand?
