Hey all,
I'm fairly new to the quasi-audiophile world (too poor to afford legit headphones). I bought a pair of HD 218's, Asroided them, and they sound great. But the pleather material gets kinda uncomfortable, which, I'm guessing, is a result of living in Florida. I've been looking for alternative solutions, and I stumbled across the mention of using foot tubes as a replacement material, which seems like a far more comfortable solution.
Anyone think that replacing the pleather with tubes would make a noticeable difference in terms of comfort and in [negatively affecting] sound?
Thanks.
