I recently broke my Klipsch S4 and I'm looking for a replacement for that. I used it for about one year about 8 to 10 hours a day. I used them with deep insertion with double flanged tips.
After reading the head-fi forums and searching through ebay and amazone I found A161P and FXD80 to be prime candidates for my needs.
My main concerns are noise isolation and deep insertion as I some times use them while sleeping in noisy university dorm room.
I learned that I can use meelectronics A161P in the deep insertion but I have some concerns about its cable some of the reviewers say they have very thin cable and tend to break.
But I didn't saw any actual broken cable case, so it might be that even it looks flimsy and fragile its is a good cable.

My other candidate is JVC HA-FXD80 and it looks all good but due to that small handle kind of thing its look like I will not be able to get good insertion for it.

I found both of the IEM to be under $80 ($80 is my upper limit) from http://www.ebay.com/itm/190850943641?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
and from http://www.amazon.com/MEElectronics-Noise-Canceling-Headphones-Balanced-Technology/dp/B0083E5GUE/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

I need to know what should I buy from these two or any new suggestions are welcome.
As I'm a international buyer I need to find IEM with international sellers like ebay shop or amazon.

I would agree. You are less likely to get deep insertion from the FXD80.

MEElectronics is the source to buy the A161P (they are the vendor on Amazon). You might check their website when you are ready to buy in case it's a better deal than going through Amazon: http://www.meelec.com/
