Fed Ex lost an $800 item I ordered . When they found it they delivered it to a wrong address. Fortunately I was able to retrieve it.
And just today I saw a Fed Ex delivery lady literally throw a box on to a porch.
On the positive side, the Fed Ex customer service gentleman was polite and apologized on the telephone
