Hi,

I am looking for suggestions for a video player that has WASAPI ( just to by pass Windows mixer and its fixed sampling rate) and parametric equalizer built in / plugin.

So far i have tested VLC which does not bypass Window's mixer in anyway.
Daum Potplayer does have WASAPI for bit perfect reproduction but no parametric equalizer (Winamp plugin dont work on videos).

Any other player to recommend?

Maybe VB-Audio (Voicemeeter or its Banana version) suites for you ... ?

Kodi has WASAPI output, one of the best video player, but sluggish interface.
