Hi forum,
I posted this in the General portable/IEM discussion which is probably the wrong place. Hopefully this is the right home for it.
I'm in the market for some IEMs and figured this would be the place to start. It's been a while since I used IEMs, as I've been using my Senn HD 25-1ii closed earphones for ages. I do like the neutral sound, though maybe they could be a tad warmer and have a tiny bit more bass. So, any one have any killer recommendations?
My budget is around €200 / $250. I'll use them in my iPhone 5 and plan on getting a new DAP next year (think Pono, Sony A15, Fiio x5, not AK). Comfort, build quality and durability are important to me. Aesthetics a bit less so.
I've been reading up on the IE80 which appeals and, if I didn't know headfi, is probably what I would buy. Thanks in advance for your input.
