Requirements:
1. Closed-back and good isolation
2. Including a cable with mic control(3 buttons preferable)
3. No heavier than 13.05 Oz / 370g / 0.82 lb     
4. Launched as recently as possible
5. Both over-ear and on-ear are ok
6. Should not look too ugly
