Hello everyone.

I'm looking to buy a pair of ear canal headphones for use during flights. I have a pair of Sennheiser PX100 cans and I love the sound, so I'm looking for something of similar quality (and preferably in the same price bracket

). I've come across the following models in my searches so far:

- Sennheiser CX300
- Ultimate Ears metro.fi 2
- Sony MDR-EX71
- Creative EP630
- Shure E2c

Would you be able to enlighten me on these models' quality or make a recommendation? Cheers.

Check out the Vmoda BassFreqs. They're pretty good. They sound similar to the CX300 but with more bass punch...

I have both and I switch them back and forth often. I would have to say the BassFreqs are my favorite due to the Y cord (CX300 has the J cord). I requested additional ear fittings from Vmoda for the CX300 as I like them better than the stock Senn fittings. You can get the BassFreqs for around $40.

A friend of mine has the E2C. From what I've read, they have fallen toward the bottom as far as SQ goes...but again, just what I've read.

Good luck in your search!
