I'd appreciate recommendations for an inexpensive (<$30) but robust IEM. As far as sonics, as long as it is fairly uncolored ( don't care about extension) since I'll be using it for listening mainly to podcasts while out walking. One feature I would appreciate if possible is a built-in neck cinch/slider to snug up the cables. As I said, robustness is a primary concern, especially at the plug end of the cable.

Well don’t have a line sinch but the KZ ATE ‘s are pretty solid.
